How Cats Affect My Life

I grew up playing with cats. I always have at least one female cat in our house so she can give me kittens. Lately, I read this article about what the color of your cat represent for you you. So I get excited every time my tamale cat gives birth. 

My first ginger cat was born 4 years ago when I needed a job. His name is Henry, my mom gave the name to him as she said so it will be like we have the Henry Sy in our house. Haha! I did not realize a ginger cat can bring luck to me until I read the article above. That ginger cat brought a half Persian, half Siamese pure white female cat to our house when he was only 3 months old. I think they have the same size of the female cat, so I assumed they are both 3 months old. I gave Whiskas to the female cat too since she is cute haha. Then the female cate felt at home in our house, she stayed inside and never went outside anymore.

It was my birth month, October when my female cat gave birth to two cute little male kittens. One pure white cat(The second picture) and one ginger cat(The first picture). Luckily, they are both male kittens. We always give the kittens to someone else when they are female. 


I was supposed to name them Koko-white and Kelloggs-orange since that's my breakfast every morning while working from home. Then I realized the orange cat should have a name from another rich man since he is the son of Henry. I named him Lucio to follow the rich man, Lucio Tan, while the white cat was named Coco.


This is their mommy cat, Lucy. The kitten Henry brought home when he was still a kitten. Lucy has blue eyes, while Coco has gray eyes and Lucio has a combination of gray and orange eyes.

These cats just make my day better every time I am feeling stressed and exhausted from work. 

I also heard from someone some time ago that when a cat dies, it means the cat is sacrificing its life for one of the family members who are sick. This happened to my cat six years ago, when I just got out of the hospital. My white cat just gave birth to another white female kitten, then died after two weeks. Luckily, the female kitten survived and become a beautiful cat eventually.

How I Overcame CoVid19

( Photo source )  Prior to having CoVid, I was one of those feeling immortals who think that I will never get infected by this virus. I was thinking that I have these antibodies because I have sinusitis, I always take 30ml of virgin coconut oil, I expose my skin to the sunlight every 9AM for 10 minutes, and 2000mg of vitamin C. Basta akala ko iyang mga iyan lang ang kailangan ng katawan ko para maprotektahan sa virus. Pero I was wrong.  On the 18th of August, my mom told me that dad is having a cough, he was not having any fever but was not advised to report to work since he is a PUI( Person Under Investigation). He was not isolating himself, he was still engaging with us every morning, then on the 20th of August, he already has a fever. That was the time that I thought he should be isolated. Asia's Skylark, Jessica Villarubin Making Some Noise

  ( Photo Source ) The Philippines, a country of very talented singers. First is Lea Salonga, the Disney legend who has a voice very much clearer than my future. The voice behind Disney movies like Mulan and Jasmine of Aladin. I already wrote here in this blog that I am a hard-of-hearing person (PWD) and I find it hard to understand every single word of a song, but when I hear Lea in her YouTube videos, I can understand most of what is coming out of her music.
